  Hands down the best Mediterranean and Greek food I have had since leaving Chicago. Portion sizes are plentiful and the hummus is amazing. I heard someone else say the Baba ghanoush was good as well, so will try that next time. Skip the "Greek" chains, and check out Nefertiti, you will be glad you did. The only thing ( and not worth loosing a star over, because the food is that good) is that I wished they made their own pita.

  The food here is absolutely delicious and some of the best middle eastern food I've had anywhere ever. Portions are generous, owner and staff are extremely friendly, and everything--absolutely everything--I've had was awesome. It's now in my regular rotation and should be in yours if you have a hankering for mid-East food in Lexington.

  Food is outstanding. A real hidden gem. A hole-in-the-wall location, with great food. The lamb is so tender, you can bite right through it without any chewiness. The best gyro in Lexington. The baklava was just "ok", I've had better baklava in many places, but the other food is outstanding!

  Excellent flavorful food Excellent customer service Very Clean. Have a picky 5 year old who wouldn't stop eating the lamb shwarma and rice. My 3 year old wouldn't stop dancing and eating. Loved the background music. My 14 year old was the quietest she has ever been while eating a meal. Enjoying her ultimate platter with lamb and chicken. My husband and I loved every bit of our plate and our kids. Having to taste a bit of everything. And the Backlavai was not to sweet it was a perfect texture and sweetness to it. And it has been a very long time since I've eaten it to because of the sweetness. All and all it has been an amazing family meal. HAPPY SUNDAY!

  One of Lexington’s hidden gems. This is some of the best food I’ve ever had, definitely the best Mediterranean food by far. We got hummus, soup, and the #8 which is two skewers each of chicken, beef, and lamb. Everything was incredibly well seasoned and fresh. The man who helped us was so nice and gave us great recommendations, I’d come back for the great service alone.
