  So, SO disappointed with the employees at this branch. I opened a checking & savings account at this branch a couple of weeks ago. Nabeela opened our account and she was great. That same day I applied for the Signature Elite credit card & waited a couple of days for the results. Nabeela called and told me that instead of an Elite credit card, I was approved for the Advantage credit card. Apparently because I'm a new member I won't be able to get the Elite cc which makes absolutely no sense. It makes no sense that this bank runs my credit to check on a credit card but decides to give me another. Nabeela says to request approval on the Elite cc in about 6 months to a year. WHY? why do the qualifications work like that? Whatever I let it go I'm taking the Advantage card. All Nabeela needed from me was two recent pay stubs then they'll order the credit card. So I came in and brought her the pay stubs & left. I later get a call from Nabeela saying her manager reviewed my paystubs and there's a problem because my pay stubs look generated. Just because my pay stub didn't have a company logo on it and wasn't the type of pay stub that's attached to the check, it looked generated. She even said that It looks like it could be typed up on Microsoft word. It is seriously not my fault that QuickBooks makes extremely plain pay stubs. As long as it's legit I do not care if the pay stubs are fancy or plain. Eventually the "manager" or Nabeela accepted my pay stubs, I just needed to send one more pay stub because I was missing the most recent one. It was a Saturday and Nabeela said I can email her the new paystub but because she's not working Monday, she will take care of it Tuesday. She also said if I don't want to wait I can always call and have someone else from the branch take care of it Monday. I decided to wait until Wednesday with no response from Nabeela only to find out from another employee that she doesn't work until Thursday? Maybe something came up and she couldn't come to work. So I decided to call the branch & wait on the phone for someone else to help me with my situation. Waited 25 minutes & no one took my call. I decided to call with another phone and immediately got through to Amoy Garcia who said that I'm waiting this long because they need to service the customers that are physically at the branch. That really pissed me off because I called 9am on the dot when the branch opened just for someone to tell me that my call has to be on hold because physical people need to be serviced first. Again, whatever I put that aside and asked her for an email address to send my recent pay stub so we can process the order for my dang credit card already. Amoy gave me her email so I sent it over to her and asked her to process this. I waited until 3:30pm and got no response from Amoy so I called her and what does she say to me? that she's just going to wait for Nabeela to come in to work Thursday because it's just one more day for me to wait. WOW. I told her that I wanted her to take care of it and again her response is just one more day to wait. It's so rude that she doesn't even reply my email but I have to call her for her to imply that she's not doing it. I had to wait from the beginning to the end of the week just for someone to get a copy of my paystub in order to request a card for my ALREADY APPROVED credit card account which according to Amoy will take 14 business days to receive. Truly annoyed with everything I've been through with this branch. First being told by Nabeela that my pay stubs look generated to having service neglected by Amoy the only reason I'm continuing my membership with my 2 week old accounts are because Nefcu the bank itself has great offers and benefits.
