Horrible. Will never go to this location again. Spent 6 hours here for less than 30 minutes of attention. Had to leave patient room multiple times to remind someone I was still there. After the last time they finally came in and released me.

This place has went downhill so fast! This place used to be so nice and the staff so friendly. My dad was taken by ambulance here and they like wand you down when you come in. The wait is long to get back. They have no drinks in any vending machine. Like completely empty. The staff is snobby. The rooms are dirty, the stuff in the rooms are broken. His t.v. didn't work. The cabinets opened on their own bc they are falling apart. There was medical supplies just thrown on the floor. We asked questions to his doctor and they weren't answered. Just repeated what he already said about what they think happened. And all this has been in the first hour of being in a er room. He has had at least 6 people in here and not one can answer any question you ask them.

they tell me i’m completely fine when seeing my heart go from 122 to 77 while knowing i have heart arrhythmias and am on beta blockers for my heart rate. they do EKG’s and even if you have the symptoms and they SEE THEM physically on a heart monitor, they do not care. they will not help you, they will just send you home. your doctors don’t care about the patients , they only care about a paycheck. i’ve only been treated nice by the nurses, they just want you to keep coming back to spend more money. they need to do better. if someone is having that severe of a heart arrhythmia then DO NOT take that with a grain of salt. literally. DO. NOT.
