::I have been with Navy Federal credit Union close to 25 years. I found that they are above and beyond any bank I've ever used relationship wise. I only wish that my husband wouldn't have caused the loss for them so that my credit would still be good with them. I remember the time when I could just sign my name and get whatever I needed. As far as money need my car fixed. Need a tires needed? Anything money for anything? I could go there and get it? You know but hindsight is 2020 when you have a husband but thank God I have one. π

::I guess low rates only matter when you have the service to back it. As a proud veteran, I could not have been more disappointed in the "service" I received when trying to gain membership. After multiple attempts, I was denied. During my first attempt, I was denied because they said their was a system issue and my application and its supporting documents weren't received even though I received email confirmation. So, they told me I would need to resubmit a new application and the supporting documents. So, I did. Then, I received an email stating I was denied membership...again. This time they said my supporting documents didn't come through. Even though I (once again) received an email confirmation stated my documents were received. I called and spoke to a Josh. To my surprise, Josh was extremely short and rude. He didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. All he would state is "you need to submit your supporting documents". He didn't offer any other means to send him my information. He didn't apologize for the inconvenience. It was almost as if he didn't want my membership. For anyone considering this company, BE AWARE AND CAUTIOUS. I'm just happy this happened now instead of after I when would have taken out a loan (which is why I was pursuing the membership). Off to WRIGHT PATTERSON CREDIT UNION now!

::After reading the reviews I went in very skeptical. However, the staff was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. A lot of these reviews reflect distaste for Navy Federal in general, which is fair, but that is not a reflection of this branch

::I really want to like Navy Federal but Iβll be getting a new bank. This location is the only place to make a deposit within 100 miles. The location opens at 8:15 AM, however, you must be escorted to the 26th floor by an employee. I paid for parking, arrived right at 8:15 and waited 15+ minutes with a growing crowd of people in the lobby before giving up and leaving. If you arenβt accessible to your customers, are you really even a bank?

::Navy Federal as a whole is unprofessional, bad communicators, and more. Navy Federal put a restriction on my account. They couldn't tell me why. I've waited on hold for hours at a time and they say the same thing every time, it is something internal and we will let you know the outcome via mail. The estimated time for this is 15 business days. Well it's been 20 days already. Just send me a check with my money. Obviously, if I've sent you all of my information I'm confused as to why my account is fraudulent. People say they have good benefits for me this has been a headache. It maybe better to open an account in person because via internet it's a mess.
