::The lady behind the deli is quite unfriendly and uninviting to serve or accommodate your order. You ask questions, she asks her own without answering your question, like is this your wheat bread? Then someone else comes to ask what you want on the sandwich claiming the "unfriendly " had already asked that question. No wonder not too many people are there. The sandwich was good though.

::Had to wait about 30 minutes for 4 sandwiches and 3 smoothies when only one other customer was in the store. When they called our order, one of the sandwiches was missing, so we had to wait another 5-10 minutes for that. Later, when we went to eat the sandwiches, we learned one of them was incorrect. We essentially paid $8 for some lettuce and tomato on bread for that one. The egg and cheese sandwiches on bagels and the smoothies were pretty good but nothing special. What should have been a no frills experience turned into a negative one. This may have just been a fluke since I have heard good things about this place before.

::No frills Cafe. More of a small convenience store for the apartment building attached.

::Hidden from the main street but great place! 1 block in from Dunkin Donuts.

::I cater food from Natural Cafe several times a year for work. They provide excellent service and fair prices. The location is perfect and the employees are professional and friendly.
