  Things go wrong, right? And in my opinion, its not what goes wrong, but how it is rectified. I made an appointment for a Monday afternoon at 4:15 PM. When I arrived, the admin told me they were running late, and immediately asked if I wanted to reschedule. I opted to wait, but it did take a really long time. So I ended up leaving frustrated and without having seen the doctor... that's what went wrong. BUT.... The next day, I received a call from Mary, who works the front counter. She was extraordinarily professional, very apologetic, and I could tell she honestly wanted to make things right. She saved me as a customer and made a not so great situation much better! Great customer service goes a long way, even after things have gone bad. Her sincere desire to make things right, her level of professionalism, and her great personality turned me around and kept me s a customer. Thank you Mary!

  Would like to share an experience I had today at the office located at 2443 N. Campbell Ave Tucson, Arizona 85719. I called Monday, November 13 at 12:13pm and spoke with a woman named Ariel to schedule my daughter’s eye exam for Thursday, November 16 at 5pm. I immediately entered the appointment into my calendar. I am an extremely organized person and am 100% certain that this was the appointment time. I did not pick up for the confirmation call, as I was in a meeting. When I arrived today at 5pm the woman (did not get her name) at the desk looked at her computer and then informed me that the appointment was actually at 4:30pm. I assured her that wasn’t the case and she responded that they don’t not even offer 5pm appointments. If you don’t offer 5pm appointments at all, why did you need to look at the schedule? She did not offer to reschedule or accommodate me, she just stared at me. I had to make the verbal request to reschedule myself. After rescheduling I stepped outside to check the voicemail from the confirmation call. The verbiage in the voicemail is this exactly “Hello this is Ariel calling from Nationwide Vision to confirm your appointment tomorrow at 5, um i mean 4:30.” This, to me, sounds like someone in the office made the decision to change my appointment without persmission and then LIE TO MY FACE today in the office. If the office closes at 6pm, why would a 5pm exam not be offered? After hearing the voicemail I immediately returned to the office to cancel the new appointment. I rearranged my daughters evening schedule to accommodate this appointment and was lied to by the staff. They should have kept this place a Coffee XChange. I would have got better service from the apathetic hipsters making minimum wage than I did from eye care “professionals” today.

  I had made an eye appointment yesterday at the last minute. I was able to get in fast. Custmor service was great. In would for sure go back. The Dr found some issues with my eye and explained it too me..

  Worst customer service my family has experienced! I was advised to schedule an appointment at 9 am to be the first one seen and out quick. Arrived and they took 3 people before me. Got called at 9:45 am then was told they don't take my insurance. Wasted an hour of my work day! Then my husband went in for an emergency (loss of vision) and they said sorry we can't do anything if you don't have an appointment. They didn't even refer him anywhere.
