  The service was amazing. The technicians arrived on time. They went over the order with us before starting. They showed us the material and made sure it was correct. They moved all our furniture and appliances and then placed it in the correct location. They were quick and efficient. The technicians were very professional. We were able to reschedule the initial appointment without any trouble. We're very pleased with the final product and overall experience.

  We recently had National Floors Direct replace the flooring in two rooms and a set of stairs in our basement. The salesman that helped us pick out the flooring knew his product and helped us narrow down our choices. We had carpeting and flooring, which meant two crews arriving on the same day. Both crews were prompt, professional, clean, and worked well together. They went over the work order when they arrived and walked us through a full inspection afterward. We had an issue that was our own fault and needed one of the crews to come back. The National Floors Direct customer service department was fantastic and worked hard to resolve our issue. When all was said and done, we had new flooring and carpeting in two rooms and a set of stairs. We could not be happier with our choice to have National Floors Direct take care of our flooring needs. Because of the quality of the flooring, excellent pricing, and quick turn around, it makes us wonder why it took us so long to have the work done in the first place!

  First time I have ever made a purchase without comparison shopping and it paid off. I will be honest I was a little hesitant at first as the pricing was some what high. But after going back and forth and several calls to the home office I was given a better price. I was apprehensive the day of the install but the 2 men that came knew what they were doing and did a great job. They were nice and answered any questions I had. Once the job was done they swept, picked up and took their trash with them. All in all an wonderful experience. I would def recommend National Floors Direct to friends and family. As they say a happy customer makes for return business. Therefore being a homeowner, next time I have a carpet to replace or need to put in a new floor they will be first on my call list.

The sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable, but not did not pressure us. In both cases, National Floors Direct gave us the most competitive price of the three companies we contacted. The installers were prompt, efficient, and did a great job. The installation took less than a day in both cases. Our floors look great, and we feel confident that the flooring we chose is high quality. We would certainly call National Floors Direct first if we have another flooring project. We highly recommend them!"

  National Floors Direct has met and exceeded our expectations. There was a knowledgeable sales representative that came to our home with a wide variety of flooring to choose from. The prices were also very reasonable. The installers that then came to our home did a wonderful job and did not leave any mess. The carpets look and feel great. On a scale of 1-10, we rate National Floors Direct a 10. Our experience with National Floors Direct was very positive. It was uncomplicated from beginning to end. We will definitely be using them again for any future flooring needs
