  I wanted to take the time to express my thanks to Billy and Justin who work at National Economy Plumbers for the work they did on finding out why I had no hot water. Billy and Justin were professional, kind, and patient and now I have hot water. I would call National Economy Plumbers again if I had plumbing problems (and in fact this is the second time I have used them). Thanks again and having hot water is wonderful! ----Eva Owens

  They used to be my go-to plumbers, but the last time I needed service they didn't have the part in stock that was needed, told me where I could buy it myself, and still charged the service fee. I fixed it myself. I will never call them again.

  Water heater went out and Shane & Justin were there to replace it Lickety Split!! Great Service!! Have used NEP for all our plumbing needs for over 20 years and have always been very satisfied. Thanks again!

  I hesitate to recommend National Economy Plumbers because I don't want the whole city to know how great of a job they do. :-) They are not the cheapest company in the city, but when its fixed you know it fixed right the first time. They are also the only people in the city that would trust to have work on my 100+ year old home and its boiler heat system.

  They were very expensive for what they did (what plumber isn't?), the owner was very nice, but took his time when I asked for an itemized bill to justify the expense. Once they were finished, they left me with leaks I didn't have before they came. Perhaps this is typical plumber in Memphis, not my idea of a good experience.
