  Excellent Customer Service. Just wish they have longer hours of operation and a wider selection of cars classes available online like other Nationals.

  Consistently one of the best rental car crews in the city. Long time counter reps and revolving managers are always professional and friendly. Pro Tip: The garage is open 24 hours, meaning you can return cars when National is closed. Just be sure to get a check in receipt from the attendant and hold onto it until you get an email from National that your car is checked in. Pro Tip 2: The entrance of Mercer Street is far easier to get in and out of than Broadway.

  Quick and easy pickup and dropoff, and the staff was very friendly. The location is perfect and easy to navigate. I'll be renting all cars from this National in the future!
