  Loved this place 15 years ago. Went back with my son who had an emergency with a previous root canal from another dentist. They were great, took us right away and the staff was nice BUT my son was in so much pain and Dr. Carr made him get a cleaning before he would look at him. When I walked into the room I can tell that my 22 year old son was in so much additional pain from the cleaning they had to stop it. Then they took xrays and of course they could not do anything for him and then they sent us to a root specialist. I wished they would have done the xrays and then sent us to the specialist instead of trying to make money off of us for an additional service. We will not be going back to this place. I don't think Dr. Berman would have treated us like this. Sham on you Dr. Carr.

  Best Dentist & Staff I've ever encountered in my life. All professional & friendly & extremely competent. Sorry I had to retire & leave NY...miss u guys. And NEVER charged me for dozens of drop-in, non-appointments. Staff was actually surprised when I did schedule an appointment. haha

  Prompt and courteous service Clean calm . I was an extremely nervous client & the dentist and staff were able to work with me. I am no longer fearful! It's a miracle. I recommend this office to everyone.

  I was scheduled for a cleaning and as I sat in the chair and got an Xray , Dr Nastasi tells me that He can't do a cleaning because it hasn't been 6 months since my last cleaning . So he tells me to reschedule and pay a co pay for today's visit. I explained that Its not my fault your office booked me before my 6 month, I asked why would I pay 2 co pays of 36 dollars , when I can pay one co pay for the normal visit that I was scheduled for, He said Its still considered an office visit even if nothing was done, and I have to pay regardless. It was a very unprofessional move on the drs office to make me pay a copay when nothing was done and then ask me to pay it again on my next visit. I don't mind paying for the cleaning, But I have a problem of giving someone money when no work was performed.
