  They go above and beyond with customer service - Rare Jewel - They have a wide selection of quality pet supplies - Boutique pet supplies together with robust dog/cat/small animal/ etc. selections. Their location is a bit of an odd spot, but easy to park - Worth Your Time to Explore, you will find a community, not just a run-of-the-mill corporate big box store. My twin Siamese kittens are healthier and more playful than ever with their yummy natural food - Enjoy!

  Always awesome! Everyone there is so nice and helpful each and every time I visit. My dog gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. Really great place. I love it!

  I feel like I’ve found a hidden gem! The staff here is so amazing, the selection of products, treats, toys and food is unmatched, and the prices are awesome. 10/10 would recommend

  This is my favorite pet supplies store in Nashville. They are so customer service oriented, they will hold the door for you walking in and carry your items out to your car for you going out. I was here recently looking for dog food advice, the employees were friendly and knowledgeable and they helped me find a great brand that worked with my budget. Plus I love supporting a local business!
