  It's easier to get around in comparison to the airport in Albany, NY and it's very tiny, therefore making it cute size in comparison to the massive size airport we have down in Tampa, FL. Knowing I can get to there (and Albany) though my favorite airline makes it better. The only downside I had was leaving the state. Once I was back in the Nashville airport, I knew it was only about an hour (+/-) left before my flight was to arrive to head back down to Florida. Thank you Nashville for making my time in Tennessee a great trip back in 2016. :-D

  Lines were long as expected for an airport, but moved quickly. There was a children's play area that my kids enjoyed for an hour before our flight boarded. Staff was friendly and courteous.

  I have done my fair share of traveling and this airport is one of the better ones. It's not perfect, but it is kept clean and it is fairly well organized. I don't think it would be my first choice for a layover, but it would NOT be my last choice, either. Nice place, I won't mind coming back.

  BNA does good at getting guests to-and-from where they need to be with ease, once inside. Outside is easily a different story. For years, construction is always going on, and it makes driving away from the airport incredibly slow, with traffic being backed up terribly. Nevertheless, plenty of shops and restaurants are available to visit. Aside from the traffic issue, the experience is smooth.

  I was impressed at how clean your airport was. There was a staircase being cleaned at the last gate at concord C. I heard the men talking about having no smudges and they went back and recleaned some areas. The glass looked great. I was impressed with the pride they took in their work. I was also there a while and the lady working was keeping the bathrooms sparkling. I am now at the New York international airport. You can't even see out the Windows here. The bathrooms are not kept up. You have an exemplary staff and it was a pleasure to be there.
