  BNA does good at getting guests to-and-from where they need to be with ease, once inside. Outside is easily a different story. For years, construction is always going on, and it makes driving away from the airport incredibly slow, with traffic being backed up terribly. Nevertheless, plenty of shops and restaurants are available to visit. Aside from the traffic issue, the experience is smooth.

  I was impressed at how clean your airport was. There was a staircase being cleaned at the last gate at concord C. I heard the men talking about having no smudges and they went back and recleaned some areas. The glass looked great. I was impressed with the pride they took in their work. I was also there a while and the lady working was keeping the bathrooms sparkling. I am now at the New York international airport. You can't even see out the Windows here. The bathrooms are not kept up. You have an exemplary staff and it was a pleasure to be there.

  Well organized. Surprisingly good food. Often has live music. Lots of help available. Easy to navigate. Located very close to down town.

  If you come to this airport, make sure you have all of your flight information figured online before arriving, because they will NOT help you without being lazy and conning you into paying extra charges, such as $40 for one standard-sized carry on. There's a room full of white people in line for airport security. Who gets "randomly" selected? My Chinese husband. They harass him for at least 45 minutes, insisting he has something between his legs/in his butt (spoiler alert: there was nothing), rifle through his belongings, drop his Nintendo switch on the ground, and there is not even so much as an apology for the inconvenience- let alone rudeness and risk of missing our flight. Thank goodness we always arrive early. If you are white and American, you probably won't have an issue at the airport. Otherwise, good luck. They will fully take advantage of you. 🙄 There is an incident every time my husband or in-laws fly alone.

  Five stars because the staff were the most helpful and friendly I have ever met at an airport. Could have more gift shops but overall I had a better time in this airport than the one in back in home. Really appreciate the good people working there.
