::Stopped here on my cross country drive. It was on a list of food to try, made by Food Network. Little place, but they move fast and want you in and out in an hour. Phenomenal ramen. I got the Black Tonkotsu ramen and the other person got the Super Rich Tonkotsu. Both were amazing! The only bad thing while dining here was the Gyoza were very small pieces. But they were good too. Got there around 7:30-7:45 which was good timing because it seemed to get very busy after we arrived.

::It was my first time so I went with the curry Ramen and the shrimp stuffed green chile tempura. I was delightfully surprised how much I liked the shrimp. I had never had it like that. The Sapporo went really well with my dinner. The service was attentive. The location is a little compact so they limit your experience to an hour to help keep more customers coming in.

::Holy Cow! Anything I say will be an understatement. Restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nagoya Fried Chicken Wings, Curry Ramen and the Black Tonkotsu Ramen are delicious! Prices are fantastic as well. 100% will come here again and recommend to others.

::Ordered the super rich broth tonkotsu ramen, the broth was very savory and the noodles were a good texture, firm and not too doughy. I liked the amount of green onions and the egg was cooked perfectly. All in all very satisfactory ramen dish⭐️

::Black tonkotsu ramen was great! The broth had a wonderful flavor. Well done in that regard. Gyoza and edamame were great too. I wasn’t aware that the ramen only came with one piece of chashu. Every ramen shop I’ve been to serves at least 2, mostly 3. The ramen was priced reasonable enough that ordering another piece wouldn’t be unreasonable, but it’s nice to know ahead of time. We sat in the back of the restaurant and it was very cold so bundle up if you go in the winter
