  Great service. I went in looking for a snap ring for my rear axle and the guy tried very hard for about 15 minutes trying to find the dimensions for what I was looking for in order to sell me the correct part.

  I stopped at the auto store to see if they could find out what was wrong with my keyless remote. The man at the counter was so nice and helpful. He opened up my remote replaced the battery and walked me put to my car to make sure it worked. I purchased the battery and he put everything back together for me. It was so nice to have someone willing to help and who was so pleased about it as well. I normally hate going into auto parts store but I will keep this one as my recommended store from now on.

  Another parts store with with nothing to brag about. Went in 2 months ago and bought some stuff for my truck. They were quick to help and got me out the door with over $600 spent. Tried returning some completely unused and new in box parts today that I decided I didn't need. Now theyre telling me they don't have $100 in the store to return my money. Multi million dollar company thar doesn't have $100 in their store??? Happy to refund it to a card that will take "3 to 5 business days". Absolutely ridiculous!!!
