I dont really understand what ā€œname brandā€ is supposed to mean. Iā€™ve never gotten them to take anything except a brand new pair of socks I got as a gift. Was super surprised that they didnā€™t want a brand new pair of Calvin Klein jeans or one of those really expensive Lacoste polos this last time around. Then again I always look through the store while I wait and Itā€™s all too ratty, out of style, or just plain weird so maybe that should answer my question.

I was just there today I brought in a full bag of clothes from Miss Meā€™s to American eagle, roxy, New York and company, forever 21, Michael kors, etc. two pairs of brand new shoes never ever worn straight out of the box they handed all the clothes back to me and told me it just wasnā€™t their style that they were looking for all these clothes for practically brand new either worn once or twice or not even at all. I have kids no gas in my car and was hoping to sell these so that I can drive to get my children to and from school and this is the kind of customer service I had to deal with because two young women say itā€™s not their style they didnā€™t even hardly look at the clothing that I was looking to sell I am highly disappointed and as a returning customer I will no longer be returning. If I could give this a no star rating I would I have never had this kind of trouble in the past with selling clothes there until they startEd hiring teenage trash with poor customer service skills. If I wouldā€™ve acted half that way in that business I would be fired they need new employees ones that actually appreciate their jobs and actually do the job efficiently and professionally, And donā€™t just hand back close because they wouldnā€™t wear them itā€™s pathetic

Spring cleaning the closet... Went there to sell. Customer service is lacking. Went in there hearing the employees complain about the other customers and their shift. One was awfully rude to one customer and the other was a tad bit condescending to the other who was browsing. Gossip is what they do from their bosses to their customers and deciding what items to put on display and what they buy for themselves. Name Brand Exchange has changed so much. Gone are the days they actually buy and sell name brands and authentic designer items. No one seems to know L.A.M.B. or Karl Lagerfeld.

I waited one hour. None of my clothes were touched. The girl was rude. She told me about one hour, only in person in front of me. Went back after an hour she tells me another 40 minutes because she's the only one working. Hire more employees. Don't waste your time go to Buffalo exchange. šŸ‘šŸ»

This was my first and only experience there: I took in two large bags full of clothes. Acknowledging the name of the place, I only presented name brands (Karl Lagerfeld, Calvin Klein, Hudson Jeans, etc), all purchased within the last two years and all barely worn. I had plenty of time to peruse the store which smelled strongly of talcum powder, and I quickly realized that "Name Brand Exchange" is anything but. It was like reuniting with the trashiest corners of my high school closet ten years ago. It's no surprise they barely wanted anything, and what little they did take was the worst of the bunch. The girls who work here never stop condescending to customers, but they should put their nasty attitude to rest, as they clearly lack any knowledge of what a name brand is or what people wear in this decade. I should have walked right back out as soon as I got there.
