  Even though their sign and online listing say they open at 9:30am, don't try going before 10am. Waited in my car for 30mins for someone to arrive and open the shop. I enjoy their mani/pedis though.

  Two poor experiences with customer service and manicure. She made the nails too thick and couldn’t file them smooth. Left me for 25 minutes mid appointment to wax someone else. Would not give me a credit for nails as I️ didn’t want her touching my nails again. Do NOT go here. Too many options around.

  I have never left a review before, but I think it is important for people to know what happened. I sat in a chair near the front of the shop and had a manicure. I started to notice that I was feeling itchy and looked down and realized there were small brown bugs crawling on my pant legs and on my shoulder. It has been confirmed by pest control that they are bed bugs. I have bites on my back from where the bugs bit me during the manicure. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Hopefully the shop owner can do something to fix the problem.
