::The customer service here is really crappy. The manager and staff are both disrespectful as hell. They do not listen to what customers want and always have an attitude. I would not advise anyone to go here! I paid for a gel manicure and the day after it came off (not the first or second time). I went to let them know and to get it fixed and they all had an attitude and accused me of lying (again not the first time) If I could rate them a negative score, I would! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

::DO NOT GO HERE. My mom and I decided to go get our nails done together. Like most people who get their nails done my mom was using her phone in between hands because she was listening to music and going through her emails. The man that was doing her nails had the audacity to tell her “if you don’t put your phone away I am not doing your nails.” Obviously this was a rude comment to make in itself but the manner he said it was very rude. My mother then stood up for herself and said “excuse me how dare you tell me that.” The man then started yelling at the top of his lungs the same thing. Never in my experience at any nail salon have I seen this behavior. The man did not apologize. No one apologized for him. Again do not go here.

::Horrible ! I wait there to get a simple manicure for my 8 year old daughter ... she sits down and I ask if she could please have a pumpkin on her nail. The woman flat out said no... I asked why not and she just said ... "because no" . She said she could do a flower and I explained to her that is not what we want .... not good service at all!!! The owner was right by the woman and did not offer to help or do a simple pumpkin on my little ones nail. We walked out and refuse to give them any of our services ! Go anywhere but here .
