  I am a downtown resident and decided to walk here today despite what the reviews stated. Unfortunately, the unpleasant reviews have panned out to be very accurate. They have absolutely zero customer service skills.

  This place has 2 horrible nail techs and I saw a roach my last visit. She messed up my nails twice. The first time I went back and she fixed it but the very next day my gel polish literally fell off of like 4 of my fingers I didn't even bother going back to get it fixed AGAIN. Find a nail shop away from the downtown area.

  Horrible customer service, VERY unfriendly.. was getting a fill and almost took the tip of my finger off with the dremel and when I jumped she told me to sit still. Ask her to cut them down and didn't even ask how short or anything just used her own judgment needless to say I didn't want them as short as they are. I got over charged she told me $15 but charged me $18 when I questioned it she told me to pay. I hit one going to the dryer and ask her to fix it and she sighed and rolled her eyes at me if she would of took my stuff over then it wouldn't of happened. She painted them horrible looks like a kid did them. Will NEVER EVER go there again!!

  I went to this salon twice. First time was great. It was the nail tech their with her kids. Second time horrible. My nails looked nice but the customer service was piss poor. I was the last customer and once my nails were polished I was told I had to leave because they were close. Before my nails could even finish drying. I will never go there again. Unless I see the girl who did my nails the first time. She was sweet. I'm big in customer service and I tip well. Had I known I would be thrown out, I would have never left such a generous tip.

  First of all there was a roach that almost crawled on me as I sat down(picture in the comments) They also open up late. Upon entry no one spoke to me or acknowledge I nor my party of 4 was there after 10 minutes we had to speak in order for them to say anything to us. Don't go here they are disgusting.
