  I don’t typically write reviews but this place was just so bad I felt it necessary. I went in to get a fill in and a new color for a pre-existing SNS and short tip manicure. When I got to the salon not only did the managers seem perplexed by what was on my nails but they had NO IDEA how to get it off. They tried to use the rotating buffer for tip nails that you usually use to buff off gel but it wasn’t working properly. As a result, it sped way to fast and began burning my nails at one point. After the first time I ripped my hand back you’d think they’d get the hint but they didn’t and it happened multiple subsequent times. Then after they still couldn’t get the SNS off, they filed my nails to the point I was convinced I didn’t have them anymore - a good 20 minutes. I suggested to them to put nail polish remover and foil on them to see if that would loosen the paint and you’d think they’d never done that before. Once the paint was semi loosened they filed again and again and broke two of my nails - once it was finally done they put some gel on and called it a day - my nails have started chipping and it’s only an hour later - they charged $73 for all of this. My much less hoity toity place on the upper east side charges 60 flat for a new set of tips and SNS. This is by far the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten so if you want to be thouroughly let down then go here. Honestly wish I could give this place negative stars.

  Very efficient service. Had only short time to get my nails done, both mani pedi done within half hour. Staff super nice and friendly

  Bellagio is my favorite salon primarily for the clean-up pedicure. I love the ambience, contemporary classic music, consistency in services, regular prices, and availability.

  The salon is nice and clean.. The music and ambient was quite and relaxing, bus too much expensive for The Service! I maid manicure and pedicure with Yuri and she was not professional.. The nails polish was applicated with hurry and honesty for 50$ i suppose to have a good Service .. never again
