  This is a hit or miss place where the prices are not cheap for broken items. Dont buy electronics unless ur ok with throwing them away since you cant return or exchange anything. Once you buy it,, its done, even if you havent left the store. The manager is rude and keeps saying how he cant do anything to help you if something is broken. There are also so many resellers waiting by the door of the backroom for them to put things out, that all you get are the garbage thats worthless.

  Overall the place is rather nice, parking or lack there of in front can be a chore at times. But thankfully the rear has plenty if you don't mind a hike. For the most part, the stores shelves are kept full for a very busy thrift store. And the prices are mostly reasonable. Staff as a whole is good. Some are lacking speed skills but that's to be expected with these kinds of places. I really have no qualms with the store itself. Every frustration I have is with oblivious shoppers.

  I used to like to shop at their stores, however I will not spend another dime at any of MyUnique stores. They have some racist staff who work there, and apparently the management allows this type behavior at their business, as long as they are getting your money. On one occasion I was at the register waiting to pay for something and the cashier started talking in Spanish to one of her coworkers about not allowing to use a 50% discount that had emailed out to several people, however she did allow the Spanish speaking customers to use the discount. In fact she allowed several different Spanish people of a lighter skin tone get to use the discount. What she didn't realize is that I to am Spanish, and I understood every word she said, so I reported her to the manger Mike and he said he would talk to his staff. Yet I still was not allowed to use my discount. Today I was about to purchase a rocking chair for my mom when a white man walked up to the register and said that he had wanted the chair, the cashier appeared to be afraid and said he didn't know what to do so he called the manager. When the manger arrived I explained that I was already at the register playing for the item when the man walked up and told the cashier that he had been looking at the chair and that he asked the cashier if they were having a discount today. The cashier said that the man did ask about a discount, but that he never mentioned anything about a rocking chair. The cashier started to change his story and started saying he didn't remember if the guy ask about the chair or not and I could see that he basically want to go along with what ever this man was saying, who just so happened to be white. Low and behold the manager say there's always two side to a story and I could do two things either take the chair to the back and not let anyone purchase it or I will flip a coin for it. We agreed to flip a coin, but I still didn't think it was fair. I lost the toss, but it's okay, cause really it wasn't my loss it's MyUnique loss cause they lost me as a customer. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN..............

  Came here for the first time & I liked it a lot! A good amount of name brand clothing! Some still with tags on them. Others in wonderful condition. This location is WAYYYY better than the one on Old country road. I would recommend anyone who hasn't been here to give it a try. Household items still in good condition as well. I notice the prices are going up. It's used items; give me a break.
