  I came in upon recommendation from my mom as well as another nail salon owner to have my previous acrylics removed and to get another full set done. First of all, I had an appointment at 2PM yesterday, came 10 minutes early, but didn't get helped until about 2:15. And while the staff was nice and accommodating otherwise, what really matters - my nails - ended up terrible. My nails are all different lengths, none of them are shaped well, I have extra acrylic all around some of my nails, a lot of them aren't sealed properly - so I know I'm going to be lifting in a week, if that. I have globs of acrylic and gel polish under some of my nails, and overall, I'm just so unhappy with how they turned out. Customer service wise, would give everyone 5 stars. Actual nail service, I'd give zero if I could.

  Best salon downtown Seattle, hands down. They are quick, which is great when you have 60 minutes to get in, get out, and get back to work... but they do not rush through their work (and your nails don't look rushed either). I always come out feeling like i've been at a spa for several hours, and will continue to return.

  This review is more on the quality of the workers there on a deeper, personal level then their ability to do nails. I’m visiting Seattle for a work training as I just started a new job. I was told that I had to take the gel polish I had off for safety hazards/policy(medical field) and so I came here to get it off. Nothing fancy, just your typical Asian nail place. My gel was off in a jiffy, and that was that. I am at the front desk paying for my service and all the sudden my nose begins to bleed, heavy. So I run back to bathroom, leaving my wallet, phone and shopping bag at the counter. I’m humiliated. Customers and workers looked worried. I wondered what people were thinking about me. Couldn’t get my nose to stop bleeding, the bath room sink was covered in blood, I was going through napkins like crazy. 20 plus minutes have gone by and it’s only getting worse. I called my dad in tears because I didn’t know what to do. I hear a knock and a worker tells me she wants to help. So she sits me in a chair, tells me to lay my bead back, and puts a wet cold cloth covered over ice and rubs my forehead all over. Side to side, up to the top, down to the bridge of my nose. It was freezing and gave me a brain freeze but I went with it. What struck me was that this was as if I was her child or loved one, not a stranger, and not a customer. She cleaned up my mess, took my dirty tissues away from me. With in 2 minutes, the blood completely stopped and never came back. She came back with water, another wet cloth and had me sit there for 5 more minutes. I was so emotional over this, that a stranger could do this and be so kind. It wasn’t about her job anymore. I wasn’t a customer anymore. That was sheer human kindness. And it wasn’t just her. All of them were so nice and told me to feel better and I know that it may sound silly, but I had to share this. Wait time was quick. Prices were a tad pricey. But my review is on human kindness.

  Do not get your eyebrows waxed here!!!! Whoever did my eyebrows practically took them all off she did not listen to me at all. I have barely full brows and needed a quick clean up and she left me with thin uneven brows

  wandered in not knowing if they did eyebrows and was pleasantly surprised to see they did . The fragrance was lovely and the place was beautiful . I walked upstairs to my own room and laid down on the nice comfortable table with a pillow and she did an amazing job on my eyebrows ! Afterwards she offered me water and also gave me a free gift which was some nice mango lotion . I highly recommend this place .
