  Took my handheld and upright vacuum to this store on the 28th of December 2017 for tune ups. I was told it would be 7-10 days until I would get them back. I got my handheld back on day 8, but have yet to get my upright back. You would think they would both be returned at the same time.. From what I can tell the employees are more interested in trying to sell you more bags and some sort of snake juice that gets stains out of carpet than locating and returning my vacuum.. I will not return to this Oreck store for anything, I don't care if they're giving it away.
