  I was very pleased with the service from My Movers Plus. They were able to accompany my moving needs for the next day, they were on time, polite, friendly, and very careful with my possessions. They're prices are also competitive compared to other moving companies in Lexington. I would definitely recommend My Movers Plus to anyone preparing to move!

  We had Great experience with My Movers Plus. They came on time! They are very gentle movers. The crews were very professional, fully equipped, and extremely friendly. We had a super heavy -80 degree freezer, a big double door refrigerator, and 4 regular size refrigerators. It was really a big challenge to move that oversized freezer! They had to remove the freezer doors to go through couple doors. These guys worked very hard! And their price is very reasonable!!! I highly recommend them!!! Michelle from Lexington, Kentucky

  Called multiple times to confirm appointment and no answer. Left a voice mail and still no call back. Arrived an hour and a half late with no apologies or explanations which caused me to miss a very important meeting. When handed the bill it was more than the amount previously discussed. During phone call to discuss the money and tardy issue I was spoken to like a child not capable of understanding basic mathematics. Told that I had written down wrong arrival time after I was assured by owners wife that I had the correct time. Owner said that he didn't care about my personal problem (missed meeting) and then proceeded to try and pin his issues on me by repeating, "You do something nice for someone and they don't appreciate it." Very unprofessional, very rude, no communication, and no apologies about any of those things! These people seemed so nice while I was setting up my appointment and then showed me their true colors. Will never do business with them again and you shouldn't either unless you enjoy throwing your money away and waiting around for hours.

  The owner spoke with me stating that the movers would be at my house at 9:30am. No one showed up until 11am. I never received a reminder from the owner's wife the day before or when the movers were in transit, I had to call both times. The movers were friendly, nice and worked efficiently. When I called asking about the price the owner was unapologetic and made it out to be my fault. He also spoke to me like I was a small child, telling me how to do math. The owner also tried changing what he said about the timing, which I had written down. He kept saying over and over," You try to do something nice for someone and they just don't appreciate it." He also told me that there's nothing he can do about it. His excuses for their tardiness was that they were getting gas, I don't see how it takes 2 hours to get gas. I never spoke rudely to him, I simply tried explaining that I was upset about their tardiness. I hate to leave a negative comment for the movers, I never complain, but the owners need to work on their communication/people skills.
