  I've been coming to this gym for several years and have seen fantastic results with my fitness level. I can't recommend this business enough! The trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly, and there is no yearly contract like at some of the bigger gyms.

  I love it here! I truly can't say enough great things about Brian, the owner. I started going to him back in December and quickly saw a HUGE difference in my ability to run further and faster, which was my main goal. I also saw a difference in the way that I looked in the mirror and the way that my clothes fit. Unfortunately, I was in a bad car accident in January and had to take 2 months off from working out. Brian was awesome in being flexible with me once I was able to come back to the gym. He pushes me harder than I would push myself and motivates me to push harder even on the days that I don't see him. He has tailored a fitness plan specifically for me to hit my goals. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has any type of fitness goal.

  I have been training with Brian for almost two years now and that in itself speaks volumes. I had a membership at a local nearby gym but always found excuses not to go. I decided to give My Fitness World a try since they offer 2 free training sessions and I was immediately impressed with Brian's knowledge, professionalism and passion for personal training. Brian is great at working with people of all ages and athletic abilities - we do completely different exercises now than when I first started. I always feel like I get in a good workout, but also enjoy the changing exercise routines that keeps things fun and me making progress. I highly recommend Brian and for that matter, all of the trainers at My Fitness World - they are a very hard working, professional company and I am consistently happy with my training results!

  I decided to start looking for a personal trainer about 18 months ago because I wanted to get stronger. I have a desk job and wanted to maintain and increase my strength. I found My Fitness World via Google and was set up with Brent as my trainer. All I can say is that the personal training experience at My Fitness World has far exceeded my expectations. Brent is a fantastic trainer that takes time to explain what we are doing and why. He also is very encouraging. I would recommend Brent to anyone that wants someone who will help them meet their goals in a friendly, encouraging manner. Also, the facility is always clean and well kept. Brian is the owner and he always speaks and checks on how things are going. I wish I would have found My Fitness World years ago. This experience is so much better than the feeling you get in the "big box" gyms where everyone is working out together. The individual attention is worth it. If you train here you will not be disappointed.

  Brian Waldon at My Fitness World will kick your butt into shape! They have a very clean facility and the equipment is nice. I recommend any one who is looking for a Personal Trainer to go to My Fitness World and try out any of their trainers. Brian, Brent, Shelby and George are all Certified and great at giving you a full workout. I like the fact that they give you 2 free personal training sessions in the beginning to evaluate your fitness level and to make sure that you are comfortable with their training before signing up.
