  I can't rate this place in relation to others of it's kind, and also can't assess the value of a membership as I am not one. However, this park is a truly delightful hub in the city center, with separated, comfortable small and large breed dog parks, and a full menu of food and drinks to accompany. Would love to see more things like this in other cities, although I suspect it operates at a loss to provide an attraction to the nearby high-end apartment and condo complexes.

  The place is good, I would say beautiful and the concept of bringing your dog is amazing. But the food wasn't that good. Also is kind of expensive and we waited for 30 minutes just for one hot dog and one burger so you can really enjoyed if you are gonna spend more than an hour there. I wouldn't recommend it for a quick stop.

  Unfortunately, Mutts does not seem to clean up the dog park ever. Even if you arrive right when the park opens, there is tons of old dog poop everywhere. Not only does it stink, but it is also a health issue for dog and human. Also the gate locks need some serious fixing. They often times don’t close properly and dogs get out. Other than that, it would be a really cool and fun place to hang out at all day.

  I have two labs and we always love coming to mutts! We were there yesterday before the rain hit in the big dog park. The staff is always friendly, the park is well maintained, and my dogs and I always have a fun time. Whenever we are there it's evident that the staff truly care about the customers both canine and human! It's the perfect place to have a drink and let your dogs play!

  Number one descriptor of this location is negligence. It is with a heavy heart I write this review. I have been a customer of mutts ever since I moved to Dallas (almost 3 years) and it has been a blast. Unfortunately, the management has declined severely since I first started. Not only is there poor customer service, but everything at the park needs updating and needs cleaning. Poop is constantly left out, where in their clause to sign up for a membership declares that they will clean up after your dog so you don’t have to. The gates to each dog park are broken, therefore making it a danger to all dogs frequenting the park. The cherry on top was when my dog of 40lbs was in the small dog park because my other dog is 15lbs and they are just more comfortable with small dogs and we were kicked out of the small dog park. If you have ever been to mutts you will know the big dog park can be extremely aggressive and intense for smaller dogs which is why we tend to frequent the small portion. Along with my dog being in the size limits (small dog park is dogs under 50lbs), she is very sweet. If my dog was bothering and being aggressive towards the smaller dogs then I would understand, but she wasn’t. We were all minding our own business. Get it together mutts.
