  Hands down toughest work out in my life. Besides learning practical skill I already feel like my stamina and general endurance has seen a huge uptick. The coaches are all professional and know how to motivate and push the group. All the individuals I have trained with have been helpful to me as a beginner and have not been shy about offering advice and tips on how to improve. Try it. You'll get addicted!

  Mutant MMA is not just an amazing MMA gym, it’s an experience. From the owners, to the trainers, and even the other members, you can feel the passion that everyone exudes for YOUR health, fitness, and wellbeing. The place is clean, extremely spacious, and very well equipped. Just bring a great attitude and willingness to learn, and you’ll be making progress from day one. Personally, I have been a member for just a few months, and every time I come to train (2-3 times per week), I leave feeling both exhausted and accomplished. Highly recommend!!

  Mutant MMA is one of the best gyms I have ever been a member of. If you are looking for intense, hard core workouts that will improve Mind AND body, then you have come to the right place. Classes range from traditional MMA, to boot camp, kick boxing and everything in between. Something for everyone. Tengo and Georgi and the entire crew are incredible indeed. Happy customer and I highly recommend.

  Do not miss the opportunity to have class with this guys . Great academy, friendly teacher, amazing location. One of the best place to have JJ class in NY.
