::Drove an hour to purchase a pedal that was AVAILABLE on their website inventory. Arrive, the item was sold. Waste of time, waste of money. NEVER will I stop at a Music Go Round again. I have been going to them all over cities and suburbs. Update your site. And Good God, at least give some compensation. Unacceptable way of doing business. I'll suck it up and go to the bigger guys at Guitar Center. At least they UPDATE THEIR SITE

::I recently ordered a guitar amp from this store. While it hasn’t even shipped yet (I ordered it today) I can’t say enough about the customer service I experienced. I spoke with Tyler and he was so patient and helpful with me as I encountered problems with my bank and the website (this was completely my fault and not the actual website’s). Tyler made sure that I was able to complete my order and was nothing short of polite throughout the entire process. I’m sure I will be just as happy with my purchase when it arrives as I was with the customer service I received. With this being my first experience with a Music Go Round Store I’m sure there will be plenty more to come.
