::After a walk through the city with my family I decided to stop at this cafe for lunch and a coffee. My daughter needed to use the restroom and I asked the lady at the front if it would be okay for me to walk her in to the restroom before we order. She was disgustingly rude and I immediately stepped out. The building is also wheelchair inaccessible. My eldest followed the wheelchair signs to no avail with my one year old all while I was berated for asking to use the restroom.

::We went to purchase tickets for the tour, but they were sold out! Be sure to get there early! Friendly staff but no restrooms at the store!

::This gift store is totally unique and has stuff you can only purchase here. A lot of jfk memorabilia. Apparently they have an in-house design team above the gift shop. In comparison to other reviews I didn’t experience any rudeness from any of the staff. The place was busy, however stuff here isn’t cheap. However it’s a positive way to support this museum.
