  I have no idea why anyone would give Dr Munn one star. I've been seeing him for years and never has he or any of his staff been rude, slow or negative in any way. He's a wonderful optometrist and I've been happy with the service every single time. Visit with confidence!

  Unless you have a lot of time, avoid this doctor at all costs. The wait time for my first appointment was an hour and fifteen minutes. My follow up appointment was scheduled for today at 10:45. I called the office at 10:35 to make sure that they were running on time. I was assured that they were. Which to me, means that they will see me at 10:45. However, after 15 minutes of waiting I chose to leave. When I went up to the reception desk to tell them I would be leaving, the woman (I never got her name) simply said, "Fine". Another reason for not wanting to go there, is that of the two persons behind the reception desk only one is polite. Jake, the man behind the desk, is very pleasant and nice to speak with. However, the woman is as sour and unfriendly as anyone I have ever met behind a reception desk. Both at my first appointment and the one today. Also, they have a TV running in the waiting room that is plays stupid sitcoms with laugh tracks. Awful, awful environment.

  Dr. Mum is the one of the best eye doctors in the Triangle area. I only say this because he continues to treat my eye problem with compassion and care.
