  Beautiful building. Originally the Frost bank headquarters. It was constructed in the 1930's. It's home to San Antonio City Council chambers.

  The building is nice, but they really need to consider better parking options, for downtown in general

  Nice views, difficult parking, but not much they can do about that, except take current parking spots and build more garages.
