i love mooj, but if you have a service animal BE CAREFUL... I'm not sure what's going on, but every time my dog walks through the areas with the diffusers/"aromatherapy" (two of them, you can't even use the store without passing one) he starts walking diagonally and almost falling over like he's having some kind of neurological symptoms. who knows which essential oil is having the effect but regardless, i recommend exercising caution if you're ever forced to bring a dog in here.

A very relaxed and welcoming environment. The staff talked amongst themselves primarily while restocking and cleaning, but immediately directed their attention to customers when asked questions or checking out at the registers. Staff I interacted with were were friendly and helpful. Store was clean, organized, and was scented by the demonstration air purifiers. Prices were low and affordable, considering the brand originates in Japan. For example, I bought a 1" thick blank journal with thin pages for $3.50, a 100 loose leaf paper pack for $2.00, and correction tape for $3.50. The most expensive item I bought was the pack of 12, 0.5mm gel pens for $12.00. Overall I enjoyed my shopping experience and can't wait to go back!

Amazing place. I always love to come in MUJI and find all the Japanese varieties. I'm in love with the brand and the workers are super nice too!

Very nice experience at this place. There is a staff named Mackenzie who was very warm-hearted. I've just moved in to this neighborhood, so I bought a lot of things today, she did even helped me to carry them back to my place, which is several blocks away. Nice talking manners and professional.

Incredible selection of Japanese designer style goodies. From home to office to snacks, and almost everything is reasonably priced. Staff are very friendly too and things are fairly easy to find. It is funny to see Japanese tourists shopping there though, but that tells that it can be trusted. It is like a mini department store.
