  I've been using this florist for over 10 years and they have never disappointed. They are expedient, courteous and always provide quality bouquets. I did a same day order and within a few hours exactly what I ordered was delivered to a very happy mother. Thank you again for your customer service and providing ways to easily order from you.

  Amazing is an understatement!! The flowers were beautiful. They did not have exactly what I wanted and Sharon called to make sure what she did have would be ok with me before exchanging them. She also went above and beyond to text me a photo so I could see them. My cousin, who I ordered them for, was out of the office and Sharon even offered to deliver them a different day. Best Service! I will be a repeat customer.

  I live in Charlotte, NC and wanted to send my mom some flowers for her birthday, and I chose the right place! The price was on par, to a little cheaper than a couple other places nearby, but I went with Muffy's mainly due to the good reviews. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very friendly, the flowers arrived on schedule, and my mom LOVES the arrangement! The size, styling, and freshness all look great. I'll be using Muffy's next time for sure!
