  These guys are wonderful. My service dog in training and I have had nothing but great experiences. She is a timid, skittish girl because of being a stray until 7-8 months ago, but she gets excited every time we're going that direction. I'm a wheelchair user, and one of the staff always come to grab the door for me on entry and exit. Recently I forgot to bring enough food for Ingrid to last a 2 night stay at a friend's house and they gave me MORE than enough samples of dog food so that she could have breakfast the next day. I appreciate them a lot. I have enough words to express it, but this would turn into a book if I did!

  This is your one stop shop for your furry friends. Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff, a very full assortment of all things pet related, and customer first options you won't find elsewhere, like mix and match case discounts on canned food and store credit toward replacement litter if one variety doesn't work out. If you have a cat, pick up a Da Bird cat toy and free samples of freeze dried chicken treats! An absolute must see for any pet lover.

  A gr8, non box store, yet with 45 locations, Mud Bay is not a small operation. John, @ the Seattle, Belltown neighborhood location was very helpful, & has grown a new pair of customers for life, that being this writer & my ever-loving Service Canine, OrEO !!!!!

  Fantastic selection of high quality food, treats, toys, and other pet products that your fur-baby is sure to love! The staff is helpful and attentive, and their customer service is top notch! They love it when you bring your fur family with you, so they can spoil them with treats and love!

  Enjoy taking my dog there, staff are very helpful in working with you & your pets needs. Large selection of toys, bedding, and health needs.After your pet's first trip there they will walk you. Was able to get my Christmas + Valentine's card pictures taken.
