  I filed my taxes here two weeks ago. The amount I received him was what I estimated on Turbotax that I could have filed myself but I wanted to see if I could maximize that. I think my first grievance came tho when I had to ask HIM abt adding a few things that I KNEW would maximize it AFTER he'd given an amount. BASICALLY HES just looking to get his quick money NOT helping you financially. THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS HERE THO: I filed 2 weeks ago and the IRS STILL DOES NOT EVEN HAVE MY TAXES. I have yet to recieve the receipt of them being received. I called, left be, sent text msgs, mr. Booty hardly ever responded. Til Monday thru text saying he was checking on my taxes now. FIRST, IVE BEEN DOING THAT SIR. They don't have it! ....SECOND, HE NEVER SENT AN UPDATE. I text him asking for an update the next day, no reply. I called. No answer. I text finally expressing my disappointment, and he texts back there's a delay with the govt processing returns. THAT is LIKELY....BUT two weeks for them to say if they have even RECIEVED IT??? Unlikely. Especially for an electronic Filing. I'm certain I'll do my own here after. But I highly recommend before going to this gentleman 1) prepare your own so you'll know that more can be given 2) file then yourself so you can be sure they are recieved timely.

  Simply asked for their new address over the phone since they still have their old address listed on the website. Guy couldn't even give it to me verbally, sounded like he was too busy eating or something. Couldn't even take the time out of his day literally no more than 5 seconds to tell me new address is XXX Street. Suite XXXX. Guess I'll take my company & business elsewhere. Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere if they can't even do a simple task what makes you think they can handle your financial services? Your services will come after their meal. might as well go elsewhere.
