  We worked with Austin for our kitchen renovation earlier this year. We found our own contractors and bought the cabinets from him. We set a tight budget and were very happy to find the cabinets that we like. During the entire process, Austin has been very responsive and attentive to our requests. Our kitchen design went through several changes after we removed the drop ceiling which then exposed some old pipes and beams. Austin took A LOT of care in designing the layout to cover up those eyesores and at the same time maximize the space of our small kitchen. When the cabinet supplier messed up the delivery of one cabinet, he chased after them and obtained the replacement for us the very next day! It's been more than half a year since we did the kitchen, but I am still so happy with how it looks whenever I set foot into the place. Well done, Austin! Thank you so much!

  I was replacing all the counter tops in 2 family rental property. Good selection of marble, sensible prices. The install was on time. Wish I had checked them for prices prior to purchase from big box. They claim they can beat them.

  I first started my experience in September of 2013. Was working with Rene. She wasn't exactly the most swift yet, I decided to give it a go. Rene encourage me to go with a specific brand of cabinets. She was explaining that because I wanted white cabinets, I should get these so that the seams in the frames and doors don't show until several years down the road. When the cabinets showed up, all the seams were exposed. We had to do lots of touchup and that's about all we can do at this point. It seems that the brand is no longer carried by MRS because of this exact reason. In addition, Rene ordered the wrong cabinet for the microwave. It was too small, despite my providing the spec sheet with measurements to her. Work on the kitchen started in March of 2014. The contractor Rene recommended did such crappy work. Nail heads are showing, he gouged doors, and the floor he put down started to come up in July of 2014. Took him to court and won. Collecting is somewhat of an "issue" - so it just added to the overall experience. During all of this, Rene did leave MRS. After lots of back and forth, Ralph, the owner of MRS, did come in November of 2015 to assess and he ordered me doors to replace the ones the contractor gouged. It's been a journey of almost 2 years, but in the end, MRS did pull through. Now, I just need to get my floor done.

A VERY SHORT HISTORY LESSON: I had lived in a home with a kitchen that was small, cramped and badly designed for years. I didn't think that it could be any better. Ralph made it into something amazingly beautiful, spacious and functional. His interpretation of that small space was a key factor when I put my house on the market. It helped to sell my home. IF YOU'RE SMART YOU SHOULD READ THIS: Ralph cares about his family, he cares about his business and he cares about his customers. His reputation is most important to him. It is the only thing that will make YOU want to write reviews like this about his company. I only regret that I could not take my kitchen with me when I moved. But I was lucky enough to get M.R.S. Kitchens to design the kitchen in my new home. I wish I could post images of my kitchen in this review but you can ask them and they will gladly show you actual customer's kitchens they have worked on. Ask for references, they have a lot of them, too. IF YOU'RE NOT SO SMART YOU SHOULD READ THIS: The contractors that M.R.S. Kitchens works with have the same strict, exacting and professional work ethic as Ralph. Their workmanship reflects it. I did not know much about kitchen design and after months of researching,comparing and talking to other kitchen designers I could see the genius that made M.R.S. Kitchen the best choice. I was smart enough to know to call them first to work on my next home. A REVIEW YOU CAN TRUST: I am an actual customer. Call M.R.S. Kitchens. Ask for references I will be glad to show you my kitchen and give you my honest opinion. They will make your kitchen a place you'll want to wake up to every morning. I do.
