  My Roof was damaged due to the wind and rain. My insurance company tried to give me a small amount when I needed a whole new roof! Mark Hill worked with my insurance company for me. He was able to get the insurance company to cover my ENTIRE roof!! He was professional and always responded to me in a timely manner. Wayne and Kamani were so helpful! They handled the crew that redid my roof. They were professional and very knowledgeable. Whenever I had a question they explained it to me with great detail but also in a way I could understand. I did have a few concerns but Kamani and Wayne told me I could contact them anytime. When I did have to reach out they always either answered or got back to me promptly. They handled my concern with care and ease. I appreciate everyone who came together to make this happen for my family and I!! A big thank you to Wayne, Kamani, Mark and the crew for making our home safe and look better than when I purchased it!!

  I too had nothing but grief with the owner! Don't hire these roofers.

  I would not recommend this roofing company at all!! If you want nothing but problems, poor workmanship and no customer service then go ahead and use them. Michael Chu is the owner and will argue with you instead of helping fix the situation and make it better. I wish I never used them and I am still having the problem with my roof after 2 years of trying to get him to put a ridge vent up instead of the solar fan that would have cost more and did nothing to help cool down my house like he promised. There are so many other roofing companies to choose from so save yourself the headache and cross MRC roofing off your list of choices. I have had noting but grief with the owner. HORRIBLE!!

  I had a good experience with this roofing contractor in Honolulu HI. They came on time and installed a new roof faster than they told us it could take. The promotional offer was just fine and our budget was enough for quality roof.
