::Nice little corner spot serving bubble tea, and fruit teas with bits of fruit in it. Drinks are priced competitively with nearby bubble tea shops down the street. The place was crowded but I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes from ordering my milk matcha tea for it to be ready. It was delicious and not overly sweet. I would definitely recommend. This location has around 3 tables that sit 4 each, and a counter with high chairs that sit around 4. They also have a row of chairs for people waiting for their to-go drink orders.

::The red bean pudding milk green bubble tea was really special. It was only available in large size cup, but I finally finished it. L.o.l. It was not inexpensive but I was not dissappointed.

::Great bubble tea place. More fruit based which is awesome. Smoothies are so good especially in season and not bad out of season too.

::I love their drinks. Everything has a refreshing taste. I’ve tried most things on the menu and haven’t been disappointed with anything. I was pleasantly surprised by the avocado smoothie. My favorite is the lemon black tea.
