  America has by far the worst customer service skills. Very nasty attitude. She should be fired. The shop needs a better class of employees if they want to attract high end customers

  America is the worst!!! Never met such a miserable chick aka person!! Nick from Cohens Optical needs to clean staffing and get friendly people to work in that wine shop!!
