Love these guys! Needed new tires after an unfortunate run-in with metal shards. I didn't feel condescended to or pressured into buying something I didn't really need.

Tire alignment took about two hours from when I actually dropped the car off. The price was exactly as quoted over the phone. Other vendors could not provide an exact quote. Other vendors could not get me in as quickly.

I'm sure the owner will respond with nonsense so I will share the whole story here. In short, the owner hates the world and his job. Extremely rude customer service. If you want to save money, look up Tire Rack, buy wholesale and go to Norm's Tire in Roseville for installation. You can thank me later for the hundreds you will save over this place that has no conscience. Story: - Hit a pothole and got a flat - With the doughnut spare on I arrived at Mr. Tire to get my tire inspected to see if it could be repaired or needed to be replaced. The owner, who was rude up front, inspected and said it needed to be replaced. Since I bought this from Tire Rack and it was under warranty I asked him to confirm with Tire Rack it needed to be replaced. He was nice enough to do that. - I go to Tire Rack in Roseville and get a replacement tire - I returned to Mr. Tire to get it installed. After 4 hours I called and they said the rim was bent. I said ok, please quote me a rim - Next day they call and say $290 for rim and service. I said no thanks Tire Rack is $105, can you install if go buy from there? They say we don't like to but bring it in. - I bring it in and the owner refuses to do business with me, charges me $10 for taking my old tire off. This owner refused to do business with me out of spite because I didn't pay his huge mark-up on his tire and rim. I've never heard of a mechanic doing that. I called Norm's tires in Roseville, they said sure bring it in. 20 minutes and $35 later I'm out of Norms. The owner of Mr. Tire is an old man angry at the world. I said the market is changing, he said good, I'm almost done and can't wait to get out of this business. There was a snow storm barreling in and he was fine just sending me out of his store with tiny spare on my car. Clearly no conscience on this man. Not like I was asking for free stuff, I was happy to pay for installation. Treating people with disrespect and not helping someone in need will impact the owner some day. I was desperate to fix my tire before a storm arrived and he couldn't care less. I just hope he finds his heart (if he has one) when someone in a more difficult place than I am shows up someday and he can put his stubbornness aside and help someone

I recently got a flat driving home on Broadway and the first parking lot happened to be this Mr. Tire. I went in and they managed to find me a used tire, advising that I should save up for an entire set in the coming months. I was in and out in a half hour and the tire they sold me has held up well ever since. I felt taken care of and even a little cared about and a bad situation left me feeling lucky rather than upset.

On weekends, you must get their early for same day service. When I went recently for an oil change, I also asked them to top off my other fluids. I even asked the counter attendant if that was done because that's not part of their usual oil change practice. When I went to my car and checked the fluids myself, they were all at fairly low levels. When I went back inside to tell him, he did top off the fluids but did not apologize much or offer any explanation. The decent prices and great location will probably have me back for routine maintenance though.
