  just did my state inspection in the store, they called me that it would cost "sixty eight..." for them to fix the issues (those were a broken bear ring and a missing mirror, which was what they told me) on my car, I agreed. but they didn't finish the job in the first day, and ask me come back again next day. when I dropped off my car the second time, I double checked with the guy whose name is Mike, about how much it would cost for them to fix my car, he told me again "sixty eight". I am quite sure my hearing is OK, I did hear it clearly. but that day, they didn't finish the job, told me the jump yard sent the wrong mirror for the car, and asked me to come for the third time. I was thinking it's fine because they would only charge $68 totally, I would let them do it. So I sent my back in for the third time, they put on the mirror, the guy Mike said "sixty eight" when I checked out, I signed the paper work without reading it, and Mike gave me a "folded" copy of the paper work. When I got home and read the bill they gave me, there are a full list of job they've done, but the total cost is actually $689!!!!! Yes, I was fooled by them saying "sixty eight", they charged me $689 for state inspection, with many jobs done on my car without my permission, they cheated about the actually cost by just told me "sixty eight" three times. Don't go to the store again, be careful!

  Mike, Dale, and Elisha very friendly and efficiently got vehicle in and services... Another place could not torque off lug nut from tire and Mr. Tire did so as they have the proper equipment... Recommend highly... Gets the job done...

  I set up an appointment for next day and they accommodated my need to have 4 tires, gotten from warehouse, balanced and installed for a guaranteed pick up at 4pm for plans. Counted on them and they delivered. Helpful and put spare tire, tire jack, etc. Nearly back where they are hidden. Thanks

  Last year I took my jeep to Jiffy lube in Aspinwall for a quick oil change. Jiffy lube told me I needed new brakes and rotors on all 4 wheels. I figured they were just trying to rip me off since I had them replaced less than a year before, so I took it to Mr. Tire for another opinon. They checked my jeep over and said everything was fine, in great working order and to never take my jeep to Jiffy lube again! Today I called about my jeep being past due on inspection and they said to bring it in right away and they would take care of it. They inspected it in about an hour and I had it back!! Mr. Tire is wonderful, honest and will not rip you off to make a buck!! Customer for life!!

  I’m picky about my vehicles... If I don’t go to the dealership I go to Mr Tire on Freeport road. I have never be dissatisfied with the work done there and have always felt like I get honest feedback from them. I have dealt with Mike and Elisha and both have always been professional, courteous and most importantly knowledgeable of their products and my vehicles. I’d recommend this Mr Tire if you’re in the market for work!
