  One of the worst experiences ever! First off they run a business in a parking garage of wich is not fun to find. When I arrived I waited 20min only to learn after I was able to re-establish service on my phone from taking the elevator up they were at another location. He said he tried to reach out but he knew dam well there is no service 3 levels underground. The confirmation from the website gave me the address he was not at. When I arrived the second time I dropped it off it took alot longer than described when I picked it up I was talking to the guy about how they didn't vacume the trunk so he proceeded to clean it while having the vacume hose scrape against the bumper. If they do that in front of you there is no telling what they do when your not there. Then as I was looking it over he left without giving me the key as I stood right in front of him. So then back upstairs to call he said he is just around the corner he will be back waiting another 20 min for nothing only to learn after I went back upstairs that they left it at the seaport hotel desk. Absolute worst experience ever! They dont have a clue what customer service means! Do yourself a favor don't waste your time for their overpriced inconvenient petty car detail location.

  Prompt email response, appointment scheduled quickly, and my car detail was excellent! Very impressed! Will definitely return!

  I have bought a car detailing service from Groupon for Mr. Perfection. However I called three days in a row to make an appointment to receive the service, nobody ever answered. I left messages and never received a call back. I am wondering what do I do with the Groupon purchase for this company if they do not provide service. Also I am concerned about the level of customer care. It does not look they care. At this point, they left customer hanging there for three days without response is not a perfection at all. Updated on 9/26/2017: it has been 10 days since I tried to contact them, I still have not get the phone call through, nor receive any response. My purchase is wasted. I need to find a way to get refund from Groupon.
