  Terrible Terrible Terrible!! Sales team will promise you the moon and you will never hear from them no matter how many times you try to contact them after you pay. Once you are with customer service expect the worse. You will get no information on where your furniture is, when will it arrive and anything, You just have to sit still and wait. They Picked my Furniture on Tuesday Feb 13th and there was a second pickup on Thursday the 15th. The Sales person promised a delivery within a week. Thursday i get a call saying they will not make it till the weekend and my stuff will have to wait till then to get shipped. I was okay with that, sat i got a call an hour before pickup saying it will be moved to Monday. I was okay with that again even though at that point i knew i will be sleeping on the floor for several days. Monday when the pickup came the driver said he shows a bed only - no headboard which he charged me $400 For! After picking up everything my stuff was somewhere in their warehouse till Sunday March 4th - No update, just a terrible attitude on the phone when asking when will my furniture arrive! the answer was always we dont know or you signed a contract that we have 21 business days for delivery. My family slept on the floor for almost a month! Even though i was told my furniture is on its way on Sunday the 4th i didnt get anything till the 14th! Save yourself, your family, your peace of mind and DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY! The only great service i received was from the driver Henry - extremely professional, and ready to do what it takes for customer support. As others have mentioned get a POD and ship your furniture!!

  We used this "moving company" to relocate a employee. They showed up twice to move less than 2 rooms. They quoted and miss quoted causing to have to add an additional $450 dollars all after being told it would take 4-5 business days. After loading the truck we were given a contract that stated up to 21 business days. It's been since Feb 13 since they took possession of his items and they can not even tell us when they will be arriving or where they are located. They told us it was on a truck with a stop from miami in texas before arriving in colorado. That was 5 days ago and now they refuse to tell us where the personal possessions are located. Rude, hostile, and dishonest are the only ways to describe the way these folks do business. I have had an employee and his family sleeping on an air mattress for over a month now, eating off paper plates. This is unacceptable.

  Unprofessional. Do not go over everything with you. Leaves client in limbo. Get a POD!!!! Do not put yourself through the stress!!!!

  Punctual, Efficient, Great Attitude, Clean, Professional We decided to use them again, and they gave us a discount for the second use.
