  I just received a call about a procedure that I am having on Friday from the finance department. They were calling to inform me that I am responsible for 20%, which is fine. My problem was with the nasty attitude and rudeness that I received from the rep named Katherine. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she hung up on me. Not sure why someone would choose to call someone with such an attitude. I must say I received the complete opposite from the supervisor when I called back, I was ready to go elsewhere until I some with her.

  Went here today for a toothache. It wasn’t crowded. I got prompt service everyone I encountered was helpful. Thank you

  This review is for the same-day-surgery department, I have never been to the ER here before so I cannot comment: In the past few years I have had several anesthesia related procedures or surgeries done here. Every time the staff and doctors have been thorough and kind. THE NURSES ROCK. They are extremely courteous and friendly. Great job same-day-surgery staff! Keep up the quality care.

  After carefully contemplating the hour plus drive at 4am this morning to Mountainside from PA, I decided to take the drive only because I am not sure of the services here in Pennsylvania. Much to my surprise I received outstanding service this morning from the triage nurse who set me up and took my labs to Joy who took the time to talk to me about my upcoming visit to Chicago to see my son graduate from Navy Boot Camp. She really put me at ease and has me prepared for my trip. The doctor, the orderlies/transporters Najilallah and Robert. Thank You from the bottom of my heart because I was so down when I arrived. Now, the bill will put the seal on the deal!!! ❤ To all who work within the Mountainside Hospital I say THANK YOU AND THANK YOU AGAIN. Blessings🤗

  I have gone there many times before and NEVER have I experienced such care. I had 2 nurses and my husband talk me into going so I would not dehydrate. It took 2 hours to get in, understandable because priorities do come first, but I was given a hallway space (no privacy whatsoever) where I felt like I was forgotten about. Final after about 1 hour of giving bits and pieces of information. They said they would have to consult with the ENT and I would need a Scan. At no time did anyone offer me water, when asked they said they had none (I did see bottled water locked in the pantry), after my one bottle I brought was gone that was it. I was there for a total of 8 1/2 hours-if you are going there bring a movie popcorn and snacks. Knowing that I had pain I was never offered an ice pack or a hot pack, thank God I had some medication in my pocketbook. I finally was seen about 1/2 before discharge and upon having my IV removed I had to call a nurse because I was bleeding non stop. I really don't ever want to go to another hospital again, I was better hydrated, rested at home. Now that they gave me the scripts my pharmacy is closed until Monday... that means more lines....once a recommended place I would definitely stay far far away
