  I highly recommend this place! Otabek and Stephen provided the best service and made the car buying process seemless, they had me in and out in no time.   The salesman Kevin was very pleasant and helpful. We bought the car with the only request being we needed an owners manual. Kevin assured us they could get one the manager took my hand looked me in the eye and said he would have one the next day. They both said they would call to tell me when to pick it up. I called two days later received the usual blowoff and was told to wait till next week. Two weeks have gone by same song and dance. I would not be ill if they just said we can't get an owners manual but they promised. I hold handshake deals very seriously it is the measure of your integrity no matter how small the issue. I will not recommend this business nor will I purchase anything from them in the future.
