  Just like any other auto dealership , after selling the car they will not assume any responsibility for it , I had to spend another 1000 dollars on wheel bearing and stuff after I bought my car. Don't buy there warranty either , it's useless. Cars are overpriced

  These people are very unorganized I had the worst experience ever and I didn’t even go to the dealership! I call one day to look at a car they closed early due to a storm comming (understanding) scheduled a appointment next day told them exactly what car I wanted to come see they tell me that the car is being serviced and won’t be ready for a couple of days so I scheduled another appointment to come see this car and called that same morning for them to tell me that they sold the car a week ago . So then I asked what other cars yu have same brand guy tells me about the car but has no information on the car not even a price very disappointed.

  I got excellence service at this dealership , got the vehicle that I wanted for a good price. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future. Mezz helped me out every step of the way !! Ask for him, he will not disappoint you !!

  I just purchased a car from motor city located in queens NY . cars is clean and safe. the dealer name is mezz. upstanding guy, straight forward , helpful , costumer service was GREAT .. this dealership is where you want purchases your future car folks.... 5 STARS.........mechanic know what he doing Great man... will see them soon for my next car!!

  Went into this dealership because of the reviews & they had a car I was interested in. Unfortunately, the car wasn’t in the same condition that it appeared to be in photos & the salesman was uninterested in engaging in customer service or a sale. Worst part of it all was he told us they don’t do test drives. Funny because it was an option on their website but it wasn’t something they did. Maybe I would consider them discriminatory for this reason especially because other reviews have that they test drove their car at the same location before they bought it. Save your time & take your money elsewhere with those who would like a sale. Maybe he assumed we weren’t going to cash out? Their loss!
