  I stopped in here with a friend and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable even though I wasn't planning on buying. I had a great experience!

  The good: A great place to see all the scramblers in one place, along with other ducatis and some nice higher-end gear. Knowledgeable, articulate, and helpful staff. Responsive before and after the sale. Paperwork was handled smoothly. Bike was delivered to a nearby suburb on time and professionally at a very reasonable rate (Ace Motorcycle Towing and Transport; third party thru dealership). Also very happy with the bike so far. The so-so: High-viz gear and women's gear selection could be better. Watch out for: The warranty on my new 2016 bike (0 miles), the latest year the dealership had for this model in 2017, turned out to be four months less than full. The warranty turned out to be 1 yr and 8 months instead of the full 2 years because the warranty was punched back in June. This was not clearly communicated until I was already signing loan papers. Also, your 600-mile inspection will cost $250, so you might want to negotiate that into your purchase before you buy.

  UNfortunately the person in charge of financing is a schmuck Knowing i was in a rush he cooked and ate a bagel in front of me while speaking with a full mouth. and it wasn't like i was keeping him from lunch it was 3 in the afternoon and no one was there before or after me. would have been a perfect experience except for him. I needed to get a bike quickly because I was stranded on a long trip and Jason was incredibly helpful. He tried to entertain me while boring paperwork was happening and even helped me strap my backpack to a bike that definitely shouldn't have a backpack strapped to it. He is an outstanding salesperson that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!
