  I walked in and was immediately greeted by an associate named Sam. She was very informative on the products that were on sale and popular. It was a very pleasant, fast, and expensive (because I bought more than planned) experience.

  I wanted to give this location another try based on my 1st experience there.. I love bath and body works I have purchased at a few other locations but this is the most racist and worst customer service experience I have encountered for the 2nd time.. the customer rep do not greet other acknowledge your are in the store but on observation customers who are white are treated great... I would drive to another town/city but never again at this location.. I felt very uncomfortable in store and clerk was so rude
