  25 minutes in the store ; looking around to find items I spotted in the website. Nobody asked me if I needed help. Customer service: non-existent!!!!!

  Wonderful sales associates who are helpful. Bit small and hard to maneuver but even on a busy day you can find most items you are looking for. I love the candles and lotions I picked out!

  The smell in the store is a bit overwhelming, however that isn't the biggest issue. It's the wait time to check out. Maybe having in express line available for 4 items or less can help with that. other than that it was a pleasant visit. There's always someone there who can help in anything you would like.

  Staff are super friendly and extra helpful. Small location but they cater to your every need and have you leaving a loyal customer. I was informed about discounts without even asking about it. I also needed a special gift bag for a friend who just delivered a baby and they helped me to create one so i wouldnt leave feeling helpless.
