  Three stars simply because after arguing, we were finally accommodated. Otherwise a fine score of zero. We booked two rooms for two nights and upon our arrival even after calling to let the admin we wouldn't arrive until 5am to 6am on what would have been the first night as we were driving in from 900 miles away they still after promising not to cancelled our rooms as a no show and then told us we could rent a room for that day and check in at 1pm (6 hours later). After I called across the street to the Marriott who said they would allow us to check in the deck clerk matched their offer. After getting rooms, the room that we were in was pretty dated. The TV would turn off by itself every 30 minutes and reset. The laminate flooring was pealing and caused a trip hazard. The box spring or bed base or whatever it was on one of the beds with collapsed on one side so if you roll them to that side you almost roll off the bed. Thats just a sum some of it up. Typically staying in the larger Hotel brands, I didn't expect much, but even this was pretty bad. However with the price for downtown Atlanta I guess you get what you pay for even though the Marriott is only $20 more per night. However what this property does have going for it is free parking which really makes it a $50 difference.

  Best advice, take a few more dollars and go somewhere else! All type of hair in the bed, probably cause they didn't change the sheets, like they just straightened up the room before the last ppl left, but I sprayed the bed and slept with the lights on, it was a last minute place😩 if I could rate lower I would... Will not ever come back, would have had better sleep in the car... and ladies if you come alone be where of parking most likely you'll have to park in the lower level garage, cause its not many parks out front, have your mace, blade or some to protect yourself you won't feel secure or safe... TAKE A FEW MORE DOLLARS AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE !

  It's not the Ritz, but Mr. Ben at the front desk will make you feel it is and he will treat you like royalty!! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The whole motel smelled amazing and clean. Thank you for being so awesome!!

  Would recommend! Was attending a work conference (October 2017) at the Hilton next door, chose this accommodation as it was walking distance still but much cheaper. I will chose it again! The front desk people were so friendly. I am Canadian, and had issues with my credit card payment, so the front desk lady at check in let me use the phone and was super patient and friendly as I sorted this out. The gentleman at the front desk the other nights was so friendly as well. It was nice to have someone greet me so warmly after a long day of work as I passed through the lobby. He was also helpful in storing my luggage for my departure day and scheduling me a cab to get to the airport. Floor wasn't clean in my room (my only complaint), but it wasn't enough to bother me as it was the only thing not up to top notch standards.

  Was in Atlanta for a conference. Price was right, location great. Motel was well kept up and quiet. Ben, at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. This is a basic motel, few amenities, but exactly what I needed. I would stay again next year for the conference
